Communism is terrible too. The difference between those 2 examples is Russia was under the USSR for 70 years so that was just the life of those then and many still alive today lived under the USSR. Whereas Ukraine was occupied by the Nazis for a few years and they were the villains of WW2 that everybody was supposed to be fighting, not collaborating with.
