@UPI_NPCI I have sent emails and also message on X to @airtelindia @airtelbank on wecare@airtelbank.com, 121@in.airtel.com about the "Thanks app" issue, but now they do not care any more, no one is responing to email, not messages on X nor looking into the issue to fix to find the solution

@airtelbank Thank app is the worst app for payment using #upipayments. I have @airtel, @AxisBank, @RuPay_npci #creditcard, Thanks App is not able to make Metchany payment to @mgvcl_mgvcl bill payment, or also @airtel Black Wifi bill payment. All payment transactions are falling.
