When I say Recovery driver, I mean the guy who came after three hours of waiting to tell me that he couldn’t do anything which I told them when I reported it in the first place as I had a badly damaged tire. I don’t have to book an actual Recovery on unpredictable timescales

Have the AA gone downhill or have they always been hopeless? I’ve been paying for a service. I’ve never used. Try to use it today and it’s the worst outcome. I could possibly imagine even the recovery driver says the AA are useless use green flag.

@Rob_King_ We found two Evri parcels on neighbors recycling bins this morning, both for addresses several miles away! WHAT! Are the drivers thinking other than ‘I’ll just dump this parcel here!’ . Reported to Evri with evidence!

@rwbdjr I would call my location urban and they can't find me either. They are just generally incompetent - I pay extra where there is an option to use someone else. I had an evri parcel hand delivered to me the other day - by my Amazon driver!?! Huh?

Is it just me or is Evri incapable of rural delivery? EVERY time “we had an issue” whereas all other companies find us all the time! We have added W3W, specific instructions, safe place but no, still unable to deliver , not once but pretty much every time. Just us???

At the farm where we live we have to collect rubbish regularly from the cars that pull in and dump rubbish. People not councils are to blame!
