Colorado gun owners are still under assault from Authoritarian Democrats who want to eliminate private gun ownership in the state. It’s outrageous and infuriating that these public servants are NOT protecting our Constitutional Rights, but instead are finding new ways to infringe on them. He now claims that multiple Colorado-based nonprofits refused to investigate his accusations or attempted to extort money to do so. To date, not one of the nonprofits he referenced — including ours, has confirmed his account. Because the public deserves clarity, we are releasing a factual statement to address the claims directly and dispel the noise. HB26-1144, Prohibit 3D Printing Firearms & Components, passed the House Judiciary Committee in Colorado last night. Everything this bill prohibits is already illegal, except words. This bill is a slippery slope to take away your First Amendment rights. So not only are the Democrats coming after your Second Amendment rights, they are coming after your First as well. This bill will be heard on the House floor next.
