It’s very short term thinking, but this team needs that right now. We over indulged in youth and now have to go the opposite way.
Welbeck and Henderson for a year can only be a good thing to change our mentality.
Mentality doesn’t come overnight. It’s a relentless obsession, day in day out. That’s what Henderson and Welbeck (to an extent) have built their careers on.
