@YankeesFanEarl There’s plenty of roster flexibility to pinch hit Goldy, Rosario or Grichuk for one of those guys

an engaged teammate from the bench. If he returns, and I'm optimistic, give him an offseason to bulk up and I'd expect to see a significant leap in terms of offensive involvement and impact next year while also ideally decreasing his foul rate. Very glad he crossed the pond!

Johann Grunloh appreciation post: Johann closed the season playing with a broken wrist! He embraced the community, played with passion, and gutted it out. I think Johann was under-appreciated, a bit, because he was the starter for the full season but was over-shadowed (1/5)

@d00gs Yeah I’m not buying that at all but I guess there’s a 1% chance

@dcfan229 @Marxco3510 @samlewisbuckets Chance can’t become that? If we had to focus transfer money on a spot it’d be a 2/3 who is a big time player possible best on the team, and then fill out bench with shooting backup pg and backup center

@PoweredByTheT @EmbracePaceUVA Wow, no angle showed that but I guess so. Grunloh still got walloped down low. Tennesee played better and deserves the win. We should’ve finished our opportunities

Personally I understood not overturning the OOB off of Dallin call. I think it likely tipped his finger and if not, impossible to overturn. What isn’t being talked about how before the alleged deflection, Grunloh was denied a putback dunk by this hack.

Nate Ament gets away with a blatant travel and then gets bailed out with a phantom foul. Made both free throws to take the lead.

If you’d been told this time last March that UVA would: - Win 30 games - Finish 2nd in ACC - Get to the ACC Championship - Win an NCAAT game That’d be considered a MAJOR success in year 1 w/ a new coach. Ryan Odom is here to stay and will have the program where it should be.

@GottliebShow The foul was the second foul of the play, fouled first, then travel, then clear elbow to head with tons of force

The Travel created the foul… no way should that be a flagrant Over officiating - “the follow through” he is falling and needs his hands for balance

@MarzTalksSports This is not true, Shai and Luka r very similar levels, while Steph was another level from James, although I agree with ur point that it was closer than people would’ve admitted

@Keith_McPherson Yeah that’s fair too, he didn’t come through the way he was supposed to at his all world level, especially yesterday. There’s levels to the criticism he deserves though at the same time, worst superstar player ever in the clutch, is doing too much, but yes he didn’t come through

Aaron Judge had a 1.273 OPS in the 2025 postseason. He had a .798 OPS with 3 HR & 9 RBI in the ALCS/World Series in 2024. Has he had his share of struggles at times in October? Yes. Most players who have annual opportunities do at some point. 29 other teams would gladly take him.
