This framing just fries me! The tragedy (and the story to be told here) is that an ICE agent shot and killed a non-citizen simply because he was attempting to flee. Whether he had a work permit or a social security number is UTTERLY IRRELEVANT!!!! In fact, according to the Govt he had a final order of removal. If true, that means he could be detained, he could be arrested, and he could be removed. What ICE cannot do is kill people indiscriminately simply because they believe the person has no right to be here. THIS is the story and the fact to be outraged about!.

None of this is corrupt. One major drag on the party as a consequence of playing nice with the Bernie-Platner wing of the party is that we've normalized and accepted this pattern on them calling other Democrats corrupt for doing things that are completely legal and not corrupt.
