Extraordinary thing here is only partly his total confusion about how income tax and IHT work plus utter ignorance of the trust system. Main bit that threw me is that he doesn't know how NI works. And thinks he has paid way more tax than he has. How does this happen?

I spend too much time arguing with it now. And it spends way too much time telling me Goodnight you’ve worked for 6 hours straight yada yada even in the middle of day on a new session. And it asks questions upon questions upon questions in one inference. It’s getting to be unusable for more than a small session now
