@DrPlantel This statement kinda proves the point…this is how western acute based medicine thinks. Black & white - one way. Of course In An acute environment life saving medicine is a god send. But this acute thinking is pervasive at even the micro levels of western medicine.

Genuinely curious, for the anti medicine crowd, when someone rolls in with a BP of 180/100, a blood sugar of 400, or chest pain screaming heart attack… what’s the plan? A greens powder and a discount code? Or are we suddenly calling 911 and trusting the same medical system you’ve been trashing? It’s only anti-medicine until shit gets real…… Hope those supplements come with malpractice insurance.

Guys, I’m an idiot. All this time I’ve spent trying not to die, I had toxic turf in my backyard. Artificial turf contains crumb rubber infill made from recycled tires, which leaches chemicals including PFAS, heavy metals, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. These compounds are linked to hormone disruption, carcinogenicity, and systemic inflammation. I don’t know how I missed it. It makes me question my basic competence in life. What gets me is that I try so hard to survey the world of potential idiocy. Then I find out there’s a monument to idiocy sitting right in front of my face that I was blind to. I’m removing the turf, yet I’m still stuck with this seemingly unsolvable problem of how to not be an idiot.

I think peptides are popular because they give people a feeling of power and control. One feels helpless when they can't sleep, stop scrolling, eat well or exercise consistently. A few injections wrestles back a feeling of control. Evidence shows that injections amplify perceived agency (the ritual potency of administration). This creates a dangerous situation where powerful compounds are being used less for biomarker improvement and more for psychological wellbeing. This is what you want: closed loop. > intervention (peptide) > biological change > measured biomarker > adjustment How most people are using peptides: open-loop. > intervention (peptide) > subjective feeling > more intervention The open-loop compounds over time. Without biomarker feedback, dose escalation is driven by subjective feelings which creates increased risk of doses with no clinical precedent. I am pro peptide and pro experimentation. Some peptides such as GLP-1s and similar are among the most effective in the world. Peptides (without clinical data) are among the most promising therapies available. They also need more clinical work so that we can characterize their effects, both good and bad. Nothing is free in biology.

This was the most profound experience of my life. I am stunned beyond comprehension. This molecule is without peer. The 27mg dose opened up what felt like pure consciousness and intelligence. A majestic reveal of existence itself. In all its incomprehensible glory and majesty. It is impossible to explain with words. Whatever you imagine, multiply it by 1,000 and then add infinite width and depth and dimensions. But entrance was not granted without prerequisite. Existence demanded that I submit. That I say yes; without attachment and without condition. Yes to existence; yes to the dissolution of self; yes to release control; yes, to all. My ego registered the ask and panicked. It wanted control. It was desperate for control. It pleaded to escape from the torrent of light and essence that threatened to rip my sanity into chards. The urge to eject was overwhelming. Terror thundered throughout my mind and body. It took everything within me to release. I overcame and was treated with bliss that defies imagination. A euphoria colored with perfect harmony of all things. An orchestra of essence washed over me and swept me up in dance. It was home. The highest aspiration of intelligent life. For some reason, stored and tucked away as the ultimate prize. A single concept emerged in omnipresence: we cannot grok the preciousness of our existence. Yet it is everything we’ve ever wanted and more. The state we long for without knowing it exists. This caused me great pain and heartache. A swell of loyalty and devotion emerged inside me, pledging allegiance to existence. To become a warrior and caretaker of life on earth. To protect at any cost the candle of consciousness that has miraculously emerged in this part of the galaxy. What awaits will wipe all your tears, soothe all your sorrows, and infinitely exceed your wants.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG BUT, As a man, No one cares about you. Not your wife. Not your family. Not your friends. Not your workmates. Nobody. People act like they care, but deep down, they don't. You are on your own. Always on your own.

Multiple people have messaged me saying their autoimmune or chronic inflammatory issues improved dramatically after starting it Tirzepatide. Not saying it’s a cure. But the pattern is interesting. Here are a few potential mechanisms researchers are looking at: • Inflammation reduction. GLP-1 signaling can lower inflammatory markers like CRP, IL-6 and TNF-alpha. Lower systemic inflammation can calm autoimmune activity. • Visceral fat loss. Fat tissue is metabolically active and releases inflammatory cytokines. Dropping visceral fat can significantly reduce immune activation. • Immune modulation. GLP-1 receptors exist on immune cells, which means these drugs may directly influence immune signaling. • Gut effects. Slower gastric emptying and metabolic changes can alter the gut microbiome and intestinal inflammation, which is heavily linked to autoimmune disease. Again, this is mostly anecdotal right now. But the more data that comes out, the clearer it becomes that these drugs are doing far more than just reducing appetite. We may be looking at a major shift in metabolic and inflammatory health.

Whenever upset or anxious, ask “why” at least three times and put the answers down on paper. Describing these doubts in writing reduces their impact twofold. First, it’s often the ambiguous nature of self-doubt that hurts most. Defining and exploring it in writing demands clarity of thought, after which most concerns are found to be baseless. Second, recording these concerns seems to somehow remove them from your head.
