Are any VC firms starting to hire resident therapists for founders in their portfolios to use? Seems like a no brainer given mental health impact of running startups, let alone rise in corporate burnout in general post pandemic

Very happy to see that it's spreading. When @katelin_cruse first announced 776 caregiving program, I figured it'd be 10 years before it was common place in early stage VC. Love seeing it make the @FT + congrats to @balderton for adopting it — this is the way!
