The US is lifting sanctions against Belarusian banks and potassium, according to US Special Envoy John Cole. This is outrageous! Trump rewards aggressors, mass murderers, and dictators while blackmailing and insulting the victim, Ukraine. According to Cole, the restrictions against the Belarusian Ministry of Finance, the Belarus Development Bank, and Belinvestbank will be lifted. Furthermore, the Belarusian Potash Company and Belaruskali, the main producers of potash fertilizers, will be removed from the US sanctions list. The US Special Envoy stated that the lifting of the restrictions would be swift and noted that he had discussed this matter with officials from the Ministry of Finance before his visit to Minsk.

Efter att ha kvävt fnisset efter SVT-reportaget om den fellevererade Max-burgaren i Gävle kan jag inte låta bli att undra om inte SVT borde gå över till TikTok istället för att dra åtta miljarder av skattebetalarnas pengar. Det är där man förväntar sig denna typ av reportage. Att leverera fel burgare i ett bröd är ett olyckligt men förståeligt misstag. Att slösa skattebetalarnas pengar på att leverera denna typ av journalistik är ett fullständigt obegripligt sådant.

“America First” sounds great until it turns into “America Alone.” If you spend years bullying allies and torching relationships because you think leadership means dominating people into submission, you can’t be shocked when the world shrugs and says, “handle your own war.”
