Here's how @OpenAI presents their new features. (ok, just one of the ways, haha) I've broken down a lot of product LAUNCH videos publicly (49 to be exact). They were all about hype, grabbing attention, "standing out". (and sometimes it gets too far in terms of effects haha) But what about regular feature releases? Here's a good example by OpenAI. 1. They're assuming the audience already knows and follows them. So no need to repeat who they are and what they do (or start with any "Problem" hook). They simply introduced their new feature: "With ChatGPT now you can manage your personal finances". that's it. Great hook, sets the context. 2. Demo (step 1, step 2): "connect your account", "see where you money is flowing". 3. And the meat part of this video is [Use Cases]. They gave viewers a couple examples how this new feature can be used, and showed the end output. 4. A quick [Outro] (basically just a logo) And as we can see, the whole point here is informing, not hyping. Because this warm user base already has enough attention span and context, to watch it till the end. I personally like it so much, because it's exactly what we're now doing for Zoominfo (introducing the feature/integration -> use case 1 -> use case 2 -> use case 3 -> outro. Done!). Will share soon :)

Been experimenting with shaders in Framer. Ended up with 3 button styles, each with a custom hover animation.

you can become 10x more creative & productive if you replace "feed scrolling" time with "staring at walls." this is not a joke

@rydnel Probably around 400? I think I just naturally started noticing what worked early didn't keep working. All of this advice depends on your niche and the algorithm which can change in a heartbeat. I had a few down days where no one was seeing my posts too.

It really depends on your feed. I stick to "For You" and just scroll down until I get to posts that are less relevant or my notifications pass 20. Early days I was less focused on any strategy. Now I reply more on people who I'm not already connected with. Also, add value - I do maybe 20% small "Nice!" posts and about 80% meaningful additions to the conversation.
