There's a person in a nursing home or hospital at the end of their journey who would give anything for YOUR hard day today. Choose to see life through the lens of gratitude. Blessings are all around you. CHOOSE to focus on them & your life drastically improves. Zoom out a moment & imagine yourself at 90. You would give anything to go back to today. EVERYTHING you get to do today is a gift even the difficult things. Deep breath. Big smile. Go enjoy this beautiful day. What are you GRATEFUL FOR TODAY?!
