In Japan there is a mad rush to buy the Switch 2 before the price goes up on May 25!
Crazy lines spotted at retailers with many stores being sold out or limiting purchases. Resellers are already selling the Switch 2 at the new increased price!

Good friend of mine & mother of 2 had her husband die in a car crash last night. She's one of the most cheerful, smart, lovely people I know as are her kids.
Puts a lot in perspective. Don't lost sight of that amidst the day to day looking at numbers on a screen.

Tomodachi Collection selling 70k PHYSICAL copies in France alone is insane, beating Resident Evil 9. Then again, there are over 100 million Switch 1:s out there so this title has a lot bigger install base to sell to compared to the Switch 2-exclusive Pokopia. $NTDOY $7974.T

Bigger than an expanding mushroom or a giant-sized Mario, the box office is literally going to explode over the Easter stretch in the positive sense of the word as Illumination/Nintendo/Universal’s ‘The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’ is set to do around $350M around world.
Broken out that’s $175M over five days in the U.S./Canada at 4,000 theaters and another $175M in 79 markets sans Japan (that market will go later on April 24 timed to Golden Week holidays).

So what i struggle with is Spotify recommendation engine is better, discovery of new material by artists I like is easier, announcements of concerts near me is better, podcasts + music in a single app.
But man is the audio quality so much better on Apple esp with AirPods.
