BlueBirds 8, 9, and 10 are now fully deployed to their full size, each the world's largest communications arrays operating in Low Earth Orbit. We invented a new way to design, manufacture at scale, deploy, and fly lightweight composite stackable architecture combined, with the world's largest and most advanced direct- to-device and radar phased-array with the ability to launch them in groups of 3, 5, 6, or 8 on a single launch. Our BlueBird platform brings together high-performance space-based cellular broadband with peak data rates approaching 200 Mbps, space AI edge computing, and many mission-critical government applications, all on one platform where the largest-ever size matters! BlueBirds 11, 12 and 13 are already at the Cape preparing for their imminent launch. BlueBirds 14, 15 and 16 are right behind them. Production has already moved through satellite 42. All of this is happening in Texas. 🤠🇺🇸📶🌎📱

BlueBirds 9 and 10 are now successfully deployed in orbit. Two more of the world's largest commercial communications arrays have joined our growing constellation. Another step closer to the future of cellular broadband from space. With BlueBirds 11, 12, and 13 at Cape Canaveral preparing for their imminent launch, and production advancing through spacecraft 41, we continue to execute at scale. Innovation in orbit. Execution in motion. 🌎📶📱🇺🇸 #ASTSpaceMobile #Broadband #ConnectingtheUnconnected #BlueBirds

Nebius co-founder Roman Chernin reveals the DeepSeek scare was actually the best commercial week in the company's history, despite the stock being down 40%. "I think 15 months ago or so, there was this DeepSeek moment, if you remember. I remember that Nebius stock went down 40% in one week or so, in February, I think it was February or March 2025. And, anecdotal story, the same exact week we probably had the best week in sales." "So people on the market were concerned that market is going down and infrastructure companies like Nebius is not needed, because, okay, if AI is so much cheaper, maybe it's bubble. But at the same time, we never had the best commercial week. We were pretty early in our story, but that was the best commercial week in the history of the company, because so many people figured out that they can run inference in their production workloads with DeepSeek and economics will work." _______ Follow @firesidealpha for more highlights of the best business and technology conversations.

The Nvidia GPU shortage is forcing cloud providers to ration capacity and startups to move workloads wherever chips are available. Even Nebius, which has benefited from AWS constraints, is selling out after raising prices. Read more: thein.fo/4gJGXrS

$ASTS here is BlueBird 9 passing over the PNW earlier this evening. judging by its brightness, and comparing it to BB10 passing just a few minutes behind, it has fully deployed. beautiful to see.

Berkshire Hathaway director Chris Davis on what he learned from Charlie Munger. "Most deeply, I learned about integrity — in the traditional sense, meaning 'wholeness'. Charlie was a whole person. The alignment of what he thought, what he said, what he did — they were all the same thing." "His reputation as a curmudgeon may have been cultivated. I never saw it. He was a truth-speaker, but he was also a very loving person. Very cheerful. Very committed. Profoundly loyal."

MiniMax (official)@MiniMax_AI

MiniMax M3 is partnering with Nebius @nebiustf , becoming the first open-source model on the platform to launch under a dedicated partnership arrangement. As more enterprises adopt open-source models in production, inference platforms and model providers are forming deeper, more integrated partnerships. M3 is now available to developers through Nebius Token Factory.🎉

$NBIS - I did not think it was very confusing to interpret the news, but I am seeing a ridiculous amount of bad takes from accounts on here. So let me help clear this up. The biggest risk with Nebius has always been the capex intensity of their buildout. They already offset it with hyperscaler and customer prepayments, but there's a ceiling to that when the industry buildout requires hundreds of billions. This new segment attacks that risk from a different angle. Nebius brings its software, systems, and its customers to infrastructure partners who fund and own the hardware and power themselves. Nebius serves those customers with high-margin services at zero capital cost to Nebius. So they now have a segment that grows revenue and capacity without consuming the capital their own buildout needs. This also pulls customers into the ecosystem faster than construction timelines allow. The reason Nebius is best positioned to go down this path? Best-in-class software and systems are what let you actually serve enterprise at scale, and Nebius is the only one who's proven they can with strong margins and rapid growth. This isn't a new business model. It's an additional segment that directly de-risks the single biggest risk in the Nebius thesis: funding the buildout.

$ASTS did $1.33 million of satellite service revenue last quarter. The market cap is $20 billion. Before you reply that every infrastructure story prices the future: correct. That is not the finding. The finding is the race underneath it. August 2025, the CEO, on the record: “We are confirming our fully-funded plan to deploy 45 to 60 satellites into orbit by 2026.” Since that sentence: $2.1 billion of convertible notes across two offerings. The latest priced this week, converting at $79.57. Satellites in orbit today: nine. The dilution is arriving on schedule. The revenue is not. New special report, attached. Free, ungated, built to be forwarded. No position, long or short. Nobody paid for it.
