@hilltowntrader @ProjectLiberal Indians are not being provided appointments to stamp their visa at the embassy to re-enter if they leave. You can be angry but be informed before judging a heartbroken son

@Broom0x @JBlunt1018 This is also a constant dilemma for legal immigrants. Illegals on the other hand have much more agency 😞

@iamamanjindal @viraj_sheth Thats the money keeping them together. The cost of breaking apart is inhibitively high. When the income sources are more varied and the income inputs are more variable, it is a much more complex social challenge

@viraj_sheth People talk about lack of privacy. But in well functioning families you get both personal space and togetherness. In my city I’ve seen business families (100+ crore) living together for 30+ years, growing together as one unit.(3)

unpopular opinion but the one thing that has got our family (mom, dad, brother, his wife) together the most is not living in the same house but living 20 mins away from each other. nobody is in each other’s business every day and everyone is happy when they meet.

@viraj_sheth @viraj_sheth I have a slightly different view. Living together as a family has huge advantages, especially for kids and daily life. The small joys of having meals together, celebrations, shared moments only truly happen when you live under one roof(1)

@viraj_sheth Stay close enough but not overstep into each other’s lives is a perfect solution. I have absolutely no idea why people fight this

@s27_suri @RijhwaniSheetal Yeah, read my previous reply here. If finances allow, both should not work, esp the shitty 9-6 jobs. Step back definitely. But everything is to be discussed beforehand relationship and keeping the words intact.

A couple is literally heading for divorce over this… The girl wants to continue her job, but the husband and family keep pushing her every day to quit and focus on the house. She works in an IT company and was very clear even before the wedding that she would continue working. Everyone agreed back then. The funny part is… she already manages most of the household work before leaving for the office. Plus, they have house help. So it’s not really about the house. They just don’t like the idea of her going out and working. Honestly asking..do you guys still have a problem with your wife working after marriage?

The Forgotten ‘Man’ 👨‍⚖️
If a woman is broke, 90% of men will find a way to lift her out of poverty and change her status. If a man is broke, 90% of women will find a way to abandon him. Do you agree?

This is the reason most women take Alimony & exit. Because lot of male simp incels like him marry single mom like her after hearing their fake story. I personally counselled a guy like him whose 2nd wife filed 498a & demanded Alimony because her friends mocked him as bald old guy

No need to stop Arranged Marriage. Just stop marrying Unemployed, Non Graduate Women and see a National Crisis unfold. If every Man vows to marry only an equal earning and equally qualified Woman, India shall undergo a Paradigm Shift in Women Empowerment.
SLUG 🔥@chigmaboyy

Remove arranged marriage from India, and the 4'11 unemployed girls with BA degrees with zero income, who dream of a doctor, IAS, IPS, bank manager, SSC CGL guy, or NDA guy, will stay unmarried. Because of arranged marriages, millions of unemployed girls got a lifestyle upgrade.

@RijhwaniSheetal Yeah discussed beforehand. In india, with zero work culture I dont think unless you are doing something revolutionary on your own only thats passionate. Corporate slavery of 9-6 is actually a harassment & huge cost of leaving home and kids to ruin. Provided finances are strong.
