@MyntraSupport@myntra Very poor customer support. I am using myntra from long and the they are not able to resolve single issue. They deliver product even you are not at home and not being able to call & they don't have responsibility of missing product. Worst IVR & executives.
@myntra Sir, He already contacted me and based on his reply I am giving feedback to you. It's your choice that you want feedback from your customers or ignore. I am not interested anymore to talk to your case managers. They are in hurry to mark the case resolved.
@myntra Sir, your case manager shows the policy... They don't talk about solutions and they are rude also... I think this is the part of your training. I shopped for thousands and just for 500 rs product which is missing, you treat your customer really bad.
