@UberEats I put in an order for £55 pounds last night. Supposedly it was delivered, but definitely not to my door... So no food and money taken. I've raised 3 support tickets via the help page with no response. Claiming with credit card company and not using UberEats again

@Uber_Support Ridiculous that I've been ignored for over 24 hours and any response from here or your help page directs me to the help page... Which doesn't see any active orders and keeps pinging the same message thread that gets no response. Don't see why I'd ever use UberEats again...

@ubereats_uk So just placed an order and had it completed, but the driver never delivered it. So now I've paid and haven't received my food and I can't contact you through help/call because my order is not in progress according to your system... How do we resolve this?

@Uber_Support @Deliveroo is much better at handling issues with orders that @ubereats_uk. Help page keeps sending you the same message that keeps getting ignored. Even tried the rider call, but told I don't have an order in progress

@Uber_Support I've already tried. Raised a ticket about food not delivered. Then tried as well with missing items and no response from your team. The support page isn't getting me anywhere. It'll be soon 24hrs and I've paid £50 for nothing...

@UberEatsUK1 order didn't arrive yesterday, been trying to get in contact with no response. Please help get me my refund. Otherwise I'll raise a claim with my credit card company

Technology is wonderful and awful at the same time. Wonderful: Using TeamViewer so my technophobic Mam can live stream her churches service Awful: Trying to find a solution to not lock her end when I discon. Now I am streaming the stream over TV to make sure it is still on 🤦‍♂️
