This driver literally harassed us after picking up from the Chennai airport. @UberIN_Support @Uber_Support @Uber_India a hassle with #Uber at Chennai airport. He brought us out of the airport and dropped us on the platform because we asked him to switch on the AC.

For the past two months or more your agents have been harassing me over calls day and night and on holidays to renew the package. I cancelled and paid the last pending amount in January 2024. I was told the back end team will contact me @HathwayBrdband

@HathwayBrdband I Just received a call from one of your agents again to recharge. And when I informed him about the previous call he didn't bother and hung up on me. Your system is messed up. No one notes down anything. Keeps harassing by calling to recharge. @HathwayBrdband

It's been a week and no internet. Your customer care is unreachable but managed to get someone on the phone yesterday. I was told it will be resolved yesterday. Still no connection. @HathwayBrdband Can you please look into this matter? It's getting difficult to get work done.
