@virginmedia It's impossible to contact Customer Service. The website sends you round and round in circles, when you try to call it says the number is invalid. There does not appear to be any other way of contacting Virgin except snail mail! Please respond here!

@virginmedia I have tried to call the 0345 number repeatedly, it says the number is invalid. I will try messaging the 0753 number - this is the first time I'm seeing this number.
