It’s been a year in the making, and I’m incredibly excited to introduce this new amenity for our guests. We partnered with Vu Saunas to design a unique model that perfectly fits our needs while also having mass market appeal.
My daughter turns 2 next week and a recent quote I saw somewhere has changed my entire perspective when crying, tantrums, etc. happen:
Days are long. Years are short.
And it just makes me want to smile & squeeze the crap out of her. They grow so damn fast!
@MrJonesSTRs I made the mistake of getting chairs that were too wide. Investing in slimmer chairs soon to fit more people. Also going to swap in benches to accommodate kids.
Airbnb Property Secret
•Make sure you’re dining table has enough chairs to accommodate the property occupancy
Ex:
Sleeps 12 - need 12 chairs around dining table
If you only have 6, people are eating in shifts while on vacation. This creates a terrible experience.
@girdley Come stay at my air bnb in Tremblant, Quebec. Incredible area. Tons of activities to do. Hiking, cycling, lakes. Great food scene. 1:30hr from YUL. airbnb.com/slink/uMVijuTa

What you got?
If your summer is over 50% booked, you’re charging TOO LOW a nightly rate at your Airbnb.
Our portfolio is 35% occupied for summer at the moment.
However, our average nightly rate for those booked nights is over $775+.
Revenue is how you make money in the business. Not occupancy.
Guests are waiting longer than ever to book. Hold firm. Don’t give in and lower your nightly rate!
A big thank you to everyone in Atlanta who came out to meet R2, R3 and R3X! With Georgia being the home of our next plant, it was extra special to bring these vehicles to the state where so many of them will be built.
