I spend 100 nights a year in hotels. In NYC, I had been staying at the equinox hotel. The fifth avenue hotel is the new best hotel in the city 5/5 stars, service is above and beyond.

If your summer is over 50% booked, you’re charging TOO LOW a nightly rate at your Airbnb. Our portfolio is 35% occupied for summer at the moment. However, our average nightly rate for those booked nights is over $775+. Revenue is how you make money in the business. Not occupancy. Guests are waiting longer than ever to book. Hold firm. Don’t give in and lower your nightly rate!
