@UberIN_Support Just saying sorry is not acceptable, you guys are such a big firm, should be ashamed of yourself. The same thing has happened again today. There was no vehicle on road and on @Uber app the ride got started. Driver was not picking up calls.

2)when app showed the driver approaching my pickup point I started recording again, see there was no bus on the road and app showing driver is approaching and suddenly ride is cancelled by driver.

@UberIN_Support That response is of no use, they gave the similar reply on Monday also. They are asking me to turn in pin verification for rides and they don’t even know that pin verification doesn’t apply on Uber shuttle.
How many times will u give same reply without understanding the problem?
