@sachinvashist2 Hi Sachin, upon checking the details we see that the device is pending for the inventory to arrive. Once the inventory arrives you'll be notified on it at the earliest by our technician. However, it takes up to 8- 10 days for inventory to arrive. We kindly request you to wait.

@Hisense_IND ur customer support is really disappointing. Your service engineer are cheaters, demanding money for in warranty LED TV repair. Now I realised hw important is to check after sale services for any product. No one from your team know the deligence and process.
