@XpressBees_IN Service is absolutely pathetic. My pickup (AWB 2377750897740) was falsely marked as "incomplete address" by your rider. To make matters worse, despite my feedback, you still haven't arranged a pickup for today. Dishonest and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed with @bigbasket_com @rate_bb. I have a ₹1000 voucher (Ticket: 4770834518780) showing an expiry of 11.02.2026, but the system blocked it on the 11th itself! Refusing to honor a voucher on its listed expiry date is an unfair trade practice.

Your representative (Akshana) gave a template reply blaming the bank, but the "Expired" error is on the BigBasket App. An expiry date of 11.02.2026 is inclusive of the whole day. Ticket #4770834518780 is open & my ₹1000 is missing
