When I go to a doctor's office I should be able to a board certified physician, not a physician's assistant or a nurse practitioner. They may be good people that are good at their jobs but they do not have the robust education and training of an MD.

A lot of people prefer this. You get a close knit community with kids playing in the streets, no yard to worry about esp in the hot summer. These people prefer to go to community parks and shared spaces. They just want a nice interior world to go back home to. It’s not hard to understand

Doctors share your frustration as well. Please don’t make the rules and the system, we have been marginalized and eliminated from decision making. Those with power believe we are overpaid and not cost-efficient so more Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will be seeing more patients. They are intelligent people, well trained and competent but not at the level of Physicians.

@Cassiematic @DrewSav That’s when you go see a specialist for the big issues. Getting a refill or swab to see if you have strep doesn’t require a doctor. It prevents hospitals and doctor offices from becoming overwhelmed. Give the easy straight forward cases to the NPs

@DrewSav Look at the unfortunate case of Kyle Busch. He was being treated by a PA. I am a board certified internal medicine physician and practice inpatient medicine. Unfortunately, we will see more preventable deaths and medical errors with the rise of mid levels.

@BlackLabelAdvsr Less outdoor maintenance. Costs less. No one spends time outdoors anymore sadly and it’s too hot in Texas. In a home that big they have everything they need indoors most likely. Doesn’t look nice but it’s practical for some people.

People are searching and praying for her to be found alive and safe, as civilized humans tend to do in such situations. But not everyone. Some, are ripping down posters of her. Destroying the photos that are intended to help bring about awareness, to help people be on the lookout for her. Some, are impacting her chances of being found alive and safe. Why? Oh.
