I had this for about a year now Whenever I ask Claude Code to do anything related to country codes or country names or country dropdown selectors it flags it with "Output blocked by content filtering policy" I already reported it before but they haven't fixed it, interesting

@Sankew06 This happened for us as well when we migrated to iOS 26 support. The blobs were appearing automatically even though we hadn’t any before. Had to fix this particularly for the new release

the YouTube app on iOS recently gained support for iOS 26, and there’s a lot of random Liquid Glass blobs that contain no buttons
