@TTrimoreau Solo if you already cover product, distribution and can stay sane talking to yourself for months. Co‑founder only if they bring 1) non-overlapping skills 2) shared vision 3) emotional resilience. Otherwise you’re just adding meetings, not leverage.

My own posts slowly started getting more reach too. And I was gaining followers every single day without even noticing it. Week 1 was mostly replies. Week 2, I’ll focus harder on both posts + replies. Still early.
