Sindhudurg Makes History; Recognized as the First AI-Enabled District in the State! Today, Sindhudurg district received official recognition from the state government's high-level committee as an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled district. In line with this, a significant agreement was signed today between Marvel Company and the Sindhudurg district administration for the use of AI. With this, Sindhudurg has become the first district in the state to adopt modern technology, creating a new milestone in its history. Through this system, citizens of the district will now have access to better quality services in a shorter time frame. Following Sindhudurg, the Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis also intends to make Gadchiroli an AI-enabled district. Therefore, it is believed that in the coming days, Sindhudurg will serve as a model district in terms of technology not only in the state but also across the country. This is undoubtedly a matter of pride and honor for the people of Sindhudurg. Watched Kalki. Not my kind of a movie. Director understood that all hollywood super hero movies, dystopian sci-fi movies, Dune, GoT like stuff has a good box office potential and a significant chunk of Indians love that kind of stuff. He just wanted to Indianise them and delivered this Kalki movie. If you like that genre and you don't mind usual Telugu cinema quirks of hero intro scene, sidekick comedy, unnecessary song-dance sequences etc then you can tolerate this one too. It is decent by Telugu/Indian film production value standards. Decent acting. Atrocious Telugu. But hey come on! Let us not kid ourselves. Telugus have absolutely no right to demand quality Telugu diction. We have abandoned the language long ago. So that's okay. Pan-India film afterall. I am just happy that in 2898AD Telugus are still speaking Telugu language. Ideally we should have switched to English by then. I don't even like the Hollywood genre of these movies. So I didn't like this desi version either. No surprise. I know there are some looking for some Hindu civilizational narrative in this movie. Relax bro! Director is a gult. 90% sure his knowledge of Mahabharata is influenced by gult movies. He would've seen Sr NTR DVS Karna type stuff and felt Karna is the real deal. So he just glorified Karna per that brief. Unless ofcourse he course corrects in a subsequent iteration. Hopefully he doesn't go further in Sr NTR trajectory and glorify Duryodhana as well. You never know! But I appreciate the attempt though all said and done. Don't think Indian cinema has seen anything like this as a visual spectacle on a grand scale. So that is that. Cheers!
