EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & FURIOUS with Voltas – WORST AFTER-SALES SERVICE EVER! 😡💢 Day before yesterday I raised SR for AC maintenance. Yesterday they sent engineer’s number but NO ONE visited. Engineer gave lazy excuses, never showed up. Today Voltas sent message to CANCEL my request saying “customer mobile number switched off” ❌ COMPLETE LIE! My phone was never switched off. Customer care & engineer are both lying shamelessly. This is the most unprofessional & irresponsible behaviour. I have attached screenshot of the engineer’s mobile number as proof. @Voltas @VoltasIndia – Take immediate action against this engineer & customer care team! Stop cheating customers after selling the product. Very bad service by Voltas. Extremely Disappointed & Furious with Voltas After-Sales Service! 😡 Day before yesterday I called Voltas customer care & raised an SR for my AC maintenance. Yesterday they sent engineer’s contact number but he NEVER called. I called him — he said “I’m far, will come tomorrow.” I waited the entire morning today… NO SHOW! Called him again & he gave the same lazy excuse. Then today Voltas sends me a message proposing to CANCEL the SR saying “customer mobile number switched off” ❌ What a blatant lie! This is the most unprofessional, irresponsible & pathetic behaviour I’ve seen. Voltas only cares about selling ACs but has ZERO concern for customers after sale. They don’t hire responsible engineers or train their customer care. Complete betrayal of trust! @BlueDartCares 35058428742 Very disappointed with Blue Dart service. One of my shipments is showing as delivered with even a receiver’s name mentioned, but I have not received my package. Shockingly, the delivery boy himself didn’t even know to whom the package was handed over.
