We talk about 'roadmaps' a lot in tech. Putting the tech aside, to build a successful team you need to put effort in the building 'roadmaps' for your staff. Good products help sales, but great staff build organisations. I am biased but @DrHughHarvey is particularly good at this

@johncutlefish the forms of personalisation that are typically possible still fall far short of truly understanding how to personlise for someone’s tastes, idiosyncrasies and nuances. So the “personalised” solution is 10% better when we need it to be 50% better to really care/feel seen
