I utterly failed at school. His results aren’t a mark of him as a person, and won’t define his future. In truth, exam results are less valuable than his attitude, his resilience and his passion for life.
Send him my best, put your arm around him, remind him of his talents, and let him know that him many of us were exactly where he is now.
