@thsottiaux Fix the ram leaks. When archiving a chat close any mcp or servers running. Add better diff viewing and staging/unstaged ui. So we can better manage files that have been touched.

@OpenAIDevs codex has some sort of ram memory leak it constantly uses up all my macbooks ram. I have 32GB! and it used over 15GB! for old mcp's, servers, and stuff it never closed. :/
