@codyplof That’s the goal. Probably more like 80% of the time. Started July 1st of last year. Have lost 25lbs, but I think it’s as much of a mental benefit as physical. Wasn’t in a great spot beforehand, much better now

How the hell do most people get 10,000 steps in a day? I have an active dog and have to take him on 1-2 very long walks a day and still barely hit it most days.
