@Schwarzenegger I do 🥹 I trained at the Mecca for a year but stopped last Fall because I didn’t see progress (I actually gained fat). Now it’s hard to keep going regularly since I don’t have that extra push anymore. Any pointers on motivation? 🙏🏿
