55 yr old male, who had surgery at age of 15, now severe LV dysfunction. He lived 40 yrs without much issues. My doubt is why we discarded this valve? Why surgeons were not interested? Now I see many acute valve thrombosis with the so called newer generation valves!!

Look what I found today! This heart has at least 2 problems. Which ones?
