@MikeOwnby Found it to be useless. The one time it actually connected me to a driver, 16 seconds later the driver canceled the ride and I was back to waiting for the app to do… something?

Is the Curb app as bad as it seems? I’ve been in NYC for four days and have yet to successfully book a ride through that app.

@GerryBurpee @SengledUSA Yes configure the bulbs as zigbee device in smartthings hub. Then you have the option to either use its app or connect them to either alexa or google home

@ScottJensenMN @Trex_Company @HomeDepot @Lowes Good luck. They disconnected me after an hour and 20 minutes and I’m already at the 40 minute mark second time around. Can’t decide if this is incompetence or just not caring as a company.

@Trex_Company On hold with Lowes for well over an hour trying to get my order of Trex straitened out. I wish I could have gotten my decking from @HomeDepot since their customer service seems way better than @Lowes! I am still on hold by the way... one hour and 17 minutes...

@lowes my mistake. Your system disconnected me after an hour and 20 minutes. So back to the end of the queue I go. Terrible.

@Lowes curious what I should expect as a wait time to schedule extended warranty service? I’m at exactly 1 hour on the phone so far (and you won’t let me do it online or by text so this is my only avenue).
