@AirCanada for the SIXTH day in a row weve been on hold to you for 1hr+ and then call dropped when we got through to someone. Our bags have bridesmaids dresses and equipment needed for a wedding in Costa Rica on Saturday. It’s too late, we’ll have to hire at your expense. Thanks.

@AirCanada we’re trying to get in touch with you re: our bags but can’t get through. We’ve nearly been without them for a week and apparently one of them was in San Jose but is now en route to Manila via Toronto and the other one has disappeared. Wtf.
