@TPExpressTrains Well… apparently it can be? I’ve paid already for the ticket. I need to know if there is space to sit, I have luggage - I bought this kind of ticket in purpose to guarantee a seat and avoid crowding

@samcoatesMD This first class ticket can be used on any service therefore it will be valid, we have unreserved seats in all first class that you are welcome to use. ^Charlotte

@TPExpressTrains Now been cancelled… how do I ensure I can sit in 1st class on the 13.07? I had a reservation on the 12.07. 1st class anytime ticket already paid for

@northernassist No I’m not. It doesn’t give me an option to refund here only for cancellations or delays, I bought it for the 11.53 just before it came and then I wasn’t allowed on. How do I refund it?

@northernassist One of your train guards just refused to let me get on a ‘full’ train at Roby just now, the delayed 11.53 to Lime Street. How do I refund my ticket

@northernassist @TPExpressTrains @TPEassist Can I use an Anytime Wakefield-Mancs not via Leeds on the 0730? No trains from Wakefield to Piccadilly so I’ve had to come to Leeds in hope there’s a train from here. Ticket acceptance yes?

Hi Sam, the next service to depart to Manchester from Leeds will be the 0718 Wigan Wallgate service which is due into Manchester Victoria at 0855. However there is also a 0730 @TPEassist service which arrives into Manchester Victoria at 0823. I'm sorry for the disruption today, this is due to urgent repairs to a tunnel.
