We should be held acccountable by our urological colleagues given this is a new-ish treatment!

just noticed this little tidbit...more men in the ProtecT trial for #pcsm died of 2nd malignancy in the surgery arm than the RT arm (not sig). Not saying RT-induced malignancies don't exist, just saying it's low enough not to be detectable in a trial of >1,000pts at 10yrs #radonc
