🚨New fare gates update! 🚨 Our new Next Generation Fare Gates are now in service at Warm Springs!  This is the 12th station to get the tougher, taller gates. Meanwhile, work at Dublin/Pleasanton and Hayward stations starts later this week. 🧵⬇️

You can keep the food/service as per the booked class. But at least let the passenger sit in the other class if there are vacancies; it's a 17-hour flight. So please care about the traveling experience. #AirIndia #badexperience

@airindia Recently traveled by Air India from San Francisco to Banglore on AI176. The infotainment system didn't work at all. If there are vacant seats in other classes, why can't you shift the passenger to the other class? 1/2
