Almost 8 weeks now and still no contact or correspondence from @British_Airways customer relation with regard to missing baggage compensation as I understand it after 8 weeks of no response I can lodge a complaint with the CAA and potential legal proceedings for financial claims

@British_Airways But this is now over 8 weeks ago we submitted the claim, an amount of which we are now paying interest on out of our own pocket as you haven’t refunded yet. This is all because you left our bags in the aircraft hold and refused to let us access them 🤷🏼♀️ @British_Airways

Flight delayed 2.5hr @British_Airways 1am stranded at T5 no bags no staff no info. Had to buy everything for our stay in LDN for 4 days didn’t get bags back until we returned to ABZ. Logged claim over 4wks ago and still no response! Please get in touch @British_Airways
