Dear @British_Airways Please spend less time & money sending me a monthly magazine telling me how great travelling with you is & instead maybe focus on cancelling fewer flights, improving customer service & a rewards programme that you can actually use? Just an idea.

Just called @British_Airways customer service and instead of putting you in a queue they just say “try again later” and end the call. Wtf you call that customer service? 😂

@British_Airways I don't know how you can be "taking a lot more calls than usual" when you just cut eveyone off after they make their menu choices. 4 days and counting for my DM response 😤

So many drivers are astonished when they improve when my dad coaches them. You don’t know what you don’t know, so why not learn as much as you can from as many sources as possible? 🤷🏻♀️

Track design: the big problem with building kerbs inside the track. Remember Prost x Heidfeld first ever Formula E race? Sophia crash today at Macau was very similar. Let’s learn from it. This is not the first time it happens.
