@antonposa The difference between a middle and an edge is marginal though, particularly in defence. Centre is one of the hardest positions to defend in. Let’s see, I’m not massive on Anderson. however full faith in webby, he’s turning water into wine recently

@sammydrogba The fact that he's been used more on a wing doesn't dilute what he can do at centre. Just how Barnett and Ford never played prop before coming to us. The main thing is his defence and his effort runs. He's a real Webby type of player.

Dave Riccio on MMM this weekend said he expects Grant Anderson to the Warriors being close to a done deal. They want to secure him for next year first. Whether he comes earlier, they don't know.
But I really like him as a signing. A real effort guy that suits Webby's style.

@antonposa Worth keeping in mind that Anderson has played not even 10 games as a centre at NRL level. IMO we should be shifting CNK to center to accommodate TT at 1.

@sammydrogba We aren't buying him as a winger, we're buying him as a centre. In 2027, wings will be Warbrick (assuming he signs) and DWZ with AKP and Mellars as cover.
Centres will be Pompey and Leiataua/Anderson, with whoever doesn't make it as cover and CNK the other option.
