Terrible comments from an otherwise good judge of the High Court — it is simply not his business to police the attire of the citizens who appear in his Court. Plus, ex facie there was nothing wrong with the attire of the girl in question. And Courts are no temples.

So my cousin travelled to Lucknow from Kolkata by a Train with a large group (AC compartments). Once the train reached Bihar, AC 3 was filled with hordes of unreserved passengers. Even inside the toilet. In AC 2, atleast a dozen people had their bags stolen at night.
