@SamsungUK SanDisk can do it, they even have their own email address for it, Lenovo can do it, yet Samsung can't even get counterfeit items removed?? That's absolutely bizarre. So brand protection simply doesn't exist at Samsung? So I can sell counterfeit SD cards and it would be fine?

@SamsungUK No, that's simply not true! Ebay has a program specifically for companies to get counterfeit products removed!!! SanDisk and Lenovo get counterfeit products removed all the time, I don't understand why Samsung can't?!?!!

@SamsungUK this is what your website says but your customer service says it's incorrect, I sent my ring last year to be fixed after a completely fail from the battery and was repaired under the guarantee less than year after the same again happened but not been repaired why???

Not very impressed with Samsung's trade in experience. Had a message to say my trade in phone is not in the condition I described and the back panel is lifted. The back panel didn't appear lifted to me and it's not on the things to check, just that it powers on and charges
