@SamsungUK following on from my post on the 24th may regarding a missing watch on my wife's order was to be delivered 27th but is being returned to Samsung mid transit almost 2 weeks after purchase and haven't used the phone but still being billed don't know when it'll arrive 1/2

@SamsungUK Nice products shame about customer service, still waiting for mine and my wife's watches that weren't included but should of been with our order after spending £2,800 haven't even been able to use the phones still sealed in the box a week after purchase.

@SamMarkWill @northernassist Maybe if you paid the correct fare in the first place then you wouldn’t of gone through all this the problem is too many people are happy to not pay the correct fare knowingly or not and then moan when they are fined for it it your responsibility to check t&c’s

UPDATE: WE DID IT!!! I'm delighted to say that last night I got a message from the Debt Recovery unit at @northernassist confirming that they will "be taking no further steps against [me]". That said, the problems at the heart of my case are FAR from solved. A follow-up thread 🧵

So, this afternoon I got home to find a lovely letter from @northernassist telling me about how they wanted to prosecute me for using the below ticket to travel on the specified route at a peak time. I paid £1.90 less than the fare they say I should have paid. A thread 🧵

@OctopusEnergy recently switched on the 9th direct debit taken from bank but not showing on my account also I’m on the tracker tariff but my meter isn’t sending you readings but I can see it working okay with DCC/loop also showing normal rates on IHD ?

@SW_Help it’s not OK to just have 5 coaches on the 18:15 from Waterloo. So busy there were 20 or so people who couldn’t get on, including me. 😡

@jhjw80 @SW_Help Why on earth would you catch the 1815? instead of the 1807 that’s to Portsmouth harbour and gets to fareham at 1956 oh and is also formed of 12 coaches instead of 5 and won’t get to fareham until 2021 🤷‍♂️

@KianGheissari @jhjw80 @SW_Help Maybe the guard doesn’t know the service is normally 10 coaches ? Even if he does again he wouldn’t necessarily be told why he hasn’t got the other 5 🤔 as with the price increase that’s all thanks to your government not the TOC 👍
