Hi, @amazonIN please discontinue Ecom Express as a delivery partner, it will spoil your reputation. This company is totally pathetic and had a worse experience, i had to cancel my order on Amazon after 10 days without delivery.

@AmazonHelp Also I would request you to show Currier service name at the time of the placing order, so we can decide whether to place the order or not !!

@AmazonHelp They never gave me proper answer or never expedite the delivery, but the time when I cancelled my order they send update to the delivery for stop delivery. How this Currier service works. Pathetic.

@AmazonHelp Yes it was missed, and amazon has been showing me Delivery Attempted for 4 days and then it shows delivery information is not correct though my information is correct.

@AmazonHelp Hi, @AmazonHelp thanks for your prompt response. But literally I have recordings from last 4 days, anyone does not have any answer to my query and the package is delayed and they still cannot tell me exact time for delivery, although the package is in my city from last 4 days.
