IF Mr. @rigathi is competent, he must be aware that article 8 of the Vienna Convention specifically disallows what he is promising. IF he doesn’t know, then it shows that he is incompetent on basic foreign affairs issues which would make him a train wreck as president. I’ve not said he would become president.

Personal and/or romantic relationship with appointing authority, power wielders and the organized cartels. 2. Proven record of compromise, corruption and lack of integrity. 3. Ineptitude and incompetence. 4. Alacrity to look the other way as atrocities and injustices are committed against innocent Kenyans. [Not in that order]. The opposite is shunned, scandalized and discredited. That’s why the revolution must continue and succeed.
