@CrimeWatchZW The State should charge the driver with disobeying lawful police instructions to stop, endangering the lives of passengers, and cancel his driver's license for life. We are tired of mourning our relatives who die in accidents caused by such kind of drivers.

Timboon Coaches has issued a statement condemning the reckless actions of their former driver, Maposa Schoolboy, who was filmed fleeing from traffic police with passengers onboard. The company stressed that his behavior was unacceptable, endangered public safety, and went against their values. They confirmed that his contract was terminated immediately, disciplinary measures are being enforced, and they are fully cooperating with Zimbabwean law enforcement to ensure accountability. Timboon Coaches apologised to the Government, the Ministry of Transport, and the people of Zimbabwe, reaffirming that safety and responsibility remain their top priorities. @PoliceZimbabwe

@RedUTD15 @djollah_7 These boys must be advised to take their village girlfriends or wives with them to Europe. Europeans will never allow these boys to leave without sharing bag 💸 or else they go to prison.

@djollah_7 Complainant 2 had sex with him at least 2 more times in different locations. This is not how a rape victim behaves. Complainant 3 is chancing, but we'd more facts. Im not absolving partey of wrongdoing. But these allegations are not genuine

@nobiechishyy DNA Drama in the Mugabe Family! Tonderai Gabriel Mugabe's DNA test showed a 99.9979% match with a known half-sibling of the late President Robert Mugabe. But despite the strong result, the High Court rejected his paternity claim, citing legal technicalities.

‼️The alleged son of Robert Mugabe insists that he is the biological son of the late president. However, efforts to conduct DNA tests with Chatunga, Robert Jnr., and Bona have been unsuccessful, as they are not taking the matter seriously.

@Choji_ES My Grade 4 teacher told us his grandma damaged her ears after using a matchstick to scratch them. She dozed off, a fly went in, she panicked, hit the stick—and it pierced her eardrum. Moral? Don’t put things in your ears!

Akavhura hombe musikana😭😂. She's becoming more bolder and holder each day. The people that we voted for are in it for financial gain. We are far away from freedom as long as there are cadres in opposition rubbing shoulders with our oppressors. This is unsettling.

I’ve just lost my young brother at Pari today. He fought a good fight, but he has now gone to rest with our fathers who’ve gone before him. He leaves behind a legacy of three sons, and they will carry the torch from hereon! Much appreciation to the medical staff at @PGHZIM who do so much with so little🙏🏾 To my lil’ bro Arthur Tinotenda Chofamba Sithole, I love you man! Thanks for walking in our old man’s shoes down the aisle to give away our youngest sister to our mukuwasha! Rest in peace, Chirandu🙏🏾

Is it fair to say that Karanga politicians find it easier to connect across party lines because, essentially, the Karanga pay stronger allegiance to their regional, ethnic identity than their national identity? One prominent Zimbabwean and friend once explained that their identity as a “MuVhitori” is their instinctive, primordial sense of self ahead of them being Zimbabwean. And when you look at E.D’s presidency, it takes no rocket science to discern that this is quite blatantly, Karanga time! And one could argue, perhaps in the same way it was largely Zezuru time during the Mugabe era (although, in mitigation, as founding leader, Mugabe’s instincts towards residual nationalism and ethnic balancing were stronger than currently experienced under E.D the Karanga president).

There's nothing racist about the Catholic church not having a black Pope, it's simple common sense. Why have an outsider be a leader of your religion? Yes like it or not, black people are outsiders to Christianity and even Islam. They just adopted these religions because of colonization and abandoned their own religion Christianity was nothing more than a tool for colonisation and to this very day it's the tool for neo colonization. Just look at how Africans look down upon their own culture because of these religions. Africans are the only group of people who have adopted other people's religions The white have Christianity The arabs have Islam The Indians have Hinduism The Asians have Buddhism And all these groups are far ahead of Africans There's no problem with the Catholic church but problem with black people who squeeze themselves in white people's affairs Congratulations to the very white American Pope!!!

The@MoHCCZim has issued the following statement via Facebook: Ministry of Health and Child Care Response to Social Media Attacks on Public Healthcare The Ministry of Health and Child Care has taken note of recent negative remarks circulating on social media, which appear to form part of a broader pattern of unwarranted and mischievous attacks. These comments seem to be well-orchestrated efforts aimed at selectively highlighting challenges within the public healthcare system, while deliberately overlooking the critical services still being provided—often under resource-constrained conditions—and the significant progress made in recent years. While we recognise and respect the public’s right to express concerns—and we welcome constructive engagement from all citizens and leaders—it is vital that such discourse remains fair, balanced, and based on verified facts. The Ministry is open to meaningful dialogue and informed critique; however, we strongly reject narratives that unfairly undermine the tireless efforts of our healthcare professionals and ignore the notable achievements underway across the country. The Ministry remains committed to transparency, accountability, and the continued transformation of Zimbabwe’s healthcare system. Under the leadership of His Excellency President Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa and the Second Republic, significant strides have been made in the sector, including: • Major infrastructure upgrades at provincial and district hospitals. • Improved availability of medical equipment and essential supplies. • Expanded training programmes for healthcare workers. • Enhanced maternal and child health outcomes through successful hospital deliveries. • The landmark open-heart surgeries conducted at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals. • The demonstration of telemedicine capabilities in Gokwe North during the 45th Independence Day celebrations. These efforts continue to strengthen healthcare delivery, particularly at the grassroots and community levels. We therefore call upon all public officials, civil society actors, the private sector, and development partners to work together in good faith to address challenges within the health sector. Collaboration—not confrontation—is the path to sustainable progress. The Ministry of Health and Child Care reaffirms its unwavering commitment to building a resilient, equitable, and responsive healthcare system for all Zimbabweans. Together, we will rise to the challenge.
