The Hyderabad City Police have been taking stringent action against habitual offenders and anti-social elements to maintain peace and public order. One such offender, Syed Salman S/o Syed Shakeel (23 yrs) of Aliabad Market, Hyderabad, who was earlier bound over under Section 126 BNSS for good behaviour for one year with a surety of ₹1,00,000/-, once again indulged in criminal activities in Cr. No.50/2025 of PS Shahlibanda and Cr. No.445/2025 of PS Chatrinaka. Upon violation of the court’s conditions, the Hon’ble Special Executive Magistrate, Hyderabad District, after due enquiry, ordered his imprisonment for three (03) months on 27.10.2025. The order was executed by the staff of Chatrinaka Police Station, led by Sri K.N. Prasad Varma, Inspector of Police. Smt. Sneha Mehra, IPS, DCP South Zone, appreciated the efforts of the team and reiterated that any rowdy sheeter or offender violating bond conditions will face strict legal action, including imprisonment and forfeiture of bond.
